Over the weekend I poured the silicone for the boarder of the chopping board. My first attempt is not as good as I would have liked it to be. There are several large and noticeable bubbles so if possible I will not be using this one. I had the time to pour a second piece and this one has been much more successful, there are still some little bubble marks however they are considerably smaller and more discreet than my first try.

I also worked on the CAD model of the cutting guides that will be on the board. I have decided to use magnets so that it can be easily removed from the board. I will be placing the magnets strategically alternating the poles so that the guide can only be placed in one direction
